A 250 square meter (2.800 feet) neo-classical country villa, located in a 7.000 square meter (2,3 acres) olive grove, situated at the top of a small rock hill -80 meters in height.

It affords a beautiful unique all-round view. You can see the sunrise and sunset, the coast line of Turkey , the castle of Mytilini (capital of the Island ), various villages, green hills with olive trees, etc.

The villa is only 6 km (3,7 miles) from the town of Mytilini, 600 meters from the picturesque village Pamfylla and 1.000 meters from the sea and the sandy beach.

The villa and grounds are surrounded by a dry stone wall and barbed wire. There is an electrically iron gate, burglar alarm, lightning conductor, three Doberman dogs and two separately kennels.

The electrical current is three-phase -plus economy rate at night- there are telephone lines, alarm system, lightning rod, security floodlights and various other automatic utilities.

There is a large living-room with large fireplace, kitchen and W.C. on the ground floor and a large veranda. On the first floor there is a bedroom (dimensions are 5X7X4.50 meters height !) and has its own bathroom.

The window frames are German company (Kommerling) with double and triple glazing. The shutters are thick solid wood. Although the villa located in a very quiet area the bedroom have triple brick walls with double soundproofing and a cork soundproofed roof.

The roof is made of wood and the sloped ceiling is covered with wooden beams. The bedroom has a large veranda and also a balcony with marvelous view. All the floors are wooden parquet, except for the corridor and the stairs which are covered by white marble.

There are two independent small studio -guest houses- on the ground floor, below the living room veranda, with their own bath and sink.

There is also a separate room for the gardener.

Within the grounds, there are about 200 olive trees, of which some 80 of them are very large and old and yield about 200 kilos of olive oil per annum.
